This Bladezy Platform Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bladezy ("Company") and the purchasing barbershop or barber ("Client") upon purchase of the Bladezy platform.
By purchasing or using Bladezy, Client agrees to the following:
Bladezy provides a hosted barbershop operating system designed to assist with:
- Booking & Scheduling
- Client Management
- Business Intelligence
- Automation & Notifications
- AI Assistant & Growth Insights
- Barber Performance Intelligence
Bladezy operates and maintains the shared infrastructure used to run the platform while Bladezy is active. Client is purchasing the core Bladezy platform tier for their shop, with an export and migration path for core data and configuration if Bladezy-managed operations ever wind down.
Upon purchase, Client receives a non-transferable license to use the purchased Bladezy platform tier for barbershop operations. Optional recurring services may be added or cancelled separately, but the purchased core platform is not converted into a hidden mandatory subscription dependency.
Client may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Bladezy platform or any of its components without prior written consent from Bladezy.
Client owns their shop data - including client records, appointment history, and business data entered into the platform. Bladezy will not sell or share Client data with third parties.
Bladezy may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve platform performance and features.
The one-time platform purchase grants lifetime access to the purchased tier. Optional add-ons (such as Bladezy Intelligence) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the platform setup has not yet been initiated.
Bladezy includes guided launch support as part of every plan. Ongoing platform updates and improvements are included at no additional cost for the core platform.
Photos and media assigned to public-facing areas of your site may be visible to customers and visitors on the internet. By uploading content you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish that content.
